The name of the one analog TV in the Yamamura household is Mr. Yamamura Terebi. One day, Mr. Terebi has a nightmare that it will be thrown away due to the changeover to terrestrial digital broadcasting. On the same day, his eldest daughter, Ichiko, left home to start living on her own. Mr. Terebi has lost his position to the latest digital TV, but when Ichiko returns after a long absence to pay respects to the Yamamura family's beloved dog, he and Ichiko embark on their first and last trip together.
